Class Description

INTRODUCTION:

Farm Worker Skills Course was introduced to train the participants, especially the youth to become skilled workers in the plantation industry. Participants will be trained in the skills and techniques of the right to carry out major works on the farm such as fertilizing, weeding, pruning, harvesting and others. This course is certainly able to produce skilled workers and the farming sector could reduce the sector’s dependence on foreign labor. As a value-added participants will be allowed to attend and taking exams CPIM.

OBJECTIVES:

• To provide exposure and skills as well as techniques to perform major works in the fields such as fertilizing, weeding, pruning, harvesting and others.
• Guiding the youth who are interested in working plantations and rugged work.
• Bring two skills in one of the competence and professional purposes.

TERMS OF APPLICATION/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Men Only and Malaysian.
• Have the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• Healthy and ready in farming careers
• Working in the plantation sector
• Do not have a criminal record
